Professional Direction

I view a business as a system, where people, processes, information and technology either work together or get in each others way. My skills sit in finding the friction, documenting how the processes work and seperating the human judgement from what should be handled by automation. From there I design practical workflows and systems, implement them and overview their effectiveness and room for improvement, thus leading to less friction and smooth sailing.
